Aluminum Intermediate Alloy

Aluminum intermediate alloy is used for adjusting the composition of aluminum melts. An intermediate is produced through melting high-meting-point metals. While such intermediate has a lower melting point, allowing metal element with higher melting point enter into the aluminum melts at a lower temperature, in order to adjust the element content in the aluminum melts.

Features and Benefits:
1. Consistent ingredients with low melting point.
2. Easy to break and to apply.
3. The high content of effective elements.
4. Easy to absorb.

See the table for technical specifications.

Recommended Dosage and Usage:
1. Calculate the dosage of the intermediate required for adjusting the element content. (Based on the set standard for element content in the melts)
2. Add the intermediate and the charging materials together in the furnace. Spread evenly at the mid-level of the furnace.
3. Stir evenly and take samples for analysis.

Packaging and Storage:
1. Alloy ingots are supplied as per national standards (4 ingots/bundle, approximately 30kg).
2. Each ingot carries alloy code, production date, and furnace no. on the front side
3. Testing and analysis: select an ingot and drill three holes on the surface (glossy side) along diagonal lines. See the table for specifications.
